Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns for items that meet the following conditions. Requests that do not meet the following conditions will not be entertained to avoid abuse of the exchange policy and to maintain fairness to all other customers.

Conditions:

  • Exchange and returns are accepted where the wrong item is delivered or the item is damaged during delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible.

Timeframe:

  • Requests must be initiated within 5 working days of delivery receipt.

  • If the parcel is damaged in transit, such cases must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for an exchange due to courier policy.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your request.

  • Please reach out to us via dinkitstore@gmail.com or Instagram (@dinkitstore) with your order number and clear images of the wrong/damaged item(s), and we will assist you as soon as possible.

2. Return Process

Once a return has been accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees incurred during the return process.

  • In cases where the wrong item is shipped, DinkItStore.com will bear the return shipping fees.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition or is missing parts.

  • Rejected Returns: If the return does not meet our criteria, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

4. Returns & Exchanges Not Allowed For:

We are unable to process returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Product is not suitable for your specific needs or preferences

  • Returning unused products

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at dinkitstore@gmail.com.
